What is WAtCH

WAtCH is more than a clock worn To monitor the time or block truth In forlorn.

WAtCH is more than look and observe The visual or monitor hearts broken or torn.

WAtCH is more than scrutinizing in jealousy What others have or achieving ideas you Packed away in the minds’ attic, eventually, And/or hopefully to unbox and reconcile.

WAtCH is keeping hearts eyes open to the Unsaid And/or the possibility of new start; As healing and deliverance begins from buried But not yet long dead secrets.

WAtCH is hearing a tormented souls’ story Shared as it’s lived and peering through mine.

A missionary styled business that will serve alone and/or with community non-profits promoting the body, mind, and spirit, growth, and healing of women and girls, and males who are supportive.

LIFE COACH

Creating a non-judgmental and collaborative environment. Helping others set realistic and meaningful goals, develop actionable plans, and navigate obstacles along the way. By encouraging self-reflection and providing constructive feedback, my life coaching empowers individuals to overcome limiting beliefs and unlock their full potential.

A) EDUCATE

Discourse meetings on courage, challenges, and cultures as well as discussions on abuse and violation.

B) COMMUNICATE

Imparting personal stories with diverse groups of girls/women to develop networks of conversation that shift personal fault finding to honest review and assessment that promotes healing.

C) INTEGRATE

to embody a healing process that blends intergenerational and multicultural sharing of personal truth empowering tools that challenge societal biases and distrust behavior. Process occasionally may include the listening and reflection of male thoughts/opinions.
